Response Time Expectations
Response times at Exigo Fuels vary by channel and by the nature of your request. Quote forms submitted through this site during standard office hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern) are typically answered the same business day, often within a few hours. Forms submitted after hours or on weekends are queued and answered the following business morning; if you need same-day or after-hours service, call the dispatch line directly. Our 24/7 dispatch number at (305) 900-6725 is always staffed for active and contracted accounts, and we answer inbound new-account calls as staffing allows — calls are the fastest path to a delivery if you need fuel today. Emergency dispatch (target 1-hour response for critical generator and hospital calls in Miami-Dade and Broward, 2-hour response in Palm Beach) is reserved for active and contracted accounts.
What to Include for a Fast Quote
The fastest quotes are the ones where you give us enough information to price the delivery on the first pass. For a useful quote, include: approximate volume (gallons per delivery, or gallons per month if recurring); fuel type (ULSD on-road diesel, dyed off-road diesel, 87/89/93 gasoline, REC-90 ethanol-free, marine diesel); delivery location address or ZIP code; tank or equipment specifics (above-ground tank size, generator make and model, vessel size and slip location); and delivery frequency (one-time, weekly, on-demand, or auto-replenishment tied to tank level). If any of these are unknown, include what you do have and we will work backward to fill the gaps. Account-level quotes (recurring contracted pricing) also require basic business information — operating entity, primary point of contact, and billing address.
When to Use the Form vs. Phone vs. Emergency Dispatch
Use the contact form for new-account inquiries, quote requests that are not time-sensitive, general questions, and fleet-program or wholesale discussions. Use the phone line for same-day delivery requests, quotes that involve product or delivery complexity the form doesn't capture well, and any inquiry where a short conversation will save a round of email. Use the 24/7 emergency dispatch line only if you are an active or contracted account with a fuel continuity issue — hospital generator running low during an outage, reefer fueling for a trailer at a cold-storage facility, fleet yard running empty before a morning shift. If you are not yet a contracted account and you have an after-hours need, call anyway; we will do what we can, but we cannot guarantee the same response posture we provide to established customers.
