Our Team
The operations team behind every delivery
Exigo Fuels Florida is an owner-operated commercial fuel delivery company headquartered in Hialeah, Florida. Every truck on the road is staffed by a Florida-licensed CDL HazMat & Tanker-endorsed operator. Below is the team behind the dispatch, the compliance work, and the technical guidance you'll find across this site.
Ownership & operations
Exigo Fuels Florida was founded on February 1, 2023 (Florida LLC L23000059256) by an owner-operator with hands-on experience across the Southeast Florida fuel-distribution market — diesel rack purchasing at Port Everglades and PortMiami, on-site fueling for commercial fleets, and marine fueling at Intracoastal marinas. The company is built around three principles: route fuel from the rack to the customer with zero retail markup; document every gallon (ASTM batch ticket, bond/ground procedure, certified meter); and answer the phone at 3 a.m. when a generator runs dry.
Federal authorities held by Exigo Fuels:
- USDOT 4223712 — FMCSA SAFER company snapshot (verify live)
- MC 1635478 (interstate operating authority)
- Florida LLC L23000059256 (Florida Division of Corporations)
- FL Department of Revenue diesel/gasoline fuel-distributor licensing
Driver credentials & training
Every Exigo Fuels driver holds:
- Florida Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- H endorsement (Hazardous Materials)
- N endorsement (Tank Vehicle)
- X endorsement on combined HazMat / Tanker loads
- Current DOT medical certification
- NFPA 30A and 49 CFR 177 documented training on fuel transfer, grounding/bonding, and emergency response
- Marina & dock-side fueling protocol training for the boat-fueling team (USCG transfer-hose handling, marina spill response, NMMA-certified product knowledge)
Drivers serving healthcare and life-safety generator accounts carry Joint Commission chain-of-custody documentation per drop, including ASTM D975 batch tickets and certified-meter delivery receipts.
Dispatch & technical writing
The technical posts on this site (our blog) are written and reviewed by the Exigo Fuels operations team — the same people coordinating tanker routes from our Hialeah dispatch, working with customers on tank-monitoring schedules, and handling emergency calls. We cite primary sources (ASTM, EPA, NFPA, FMCSA, IRS §4082) and we publish dates on every post so you can see when content was last reviewed. If anything we publish is wrong or out of date, contact us and we'll correct it.
